Purpose Driven is a 90-day, 1-on-1 virtual coaching program that empowers multi-passionate visionaries (like you) to GO BIG. We’re here to clarify your aligned vision, develop your strategy to action and launch your business. Think of our work together as an accelerator that transports you from “what the heck should I do?!” to “I can’t believe I get to build this!”.

This is not another generic career coaching program filled with surface-level tips and tricks, nor will we stuff you into a tiny box that you can’t wait to get out of. Purpose Driven is geared toward sustainability, so we’ll dive into your unique genius & differentiators, uncover your deep sense of purpose, challenge your limiting beliefs and equip you with the tools to finally meet your potential – all of which help you design a career you love, that withstands the test of time.

• Three 1-on-1 coaching calls per month (9 sessions total) with me via Zoom, where you will transform your current barriers into deep understanding, clarity and purpose-driven action (sessions are 60 min. each)

• Unlimited Text and Voice Message Support between sessions (via Voxer) – we’ll keep the momentum going between sessions so you can take big action and create accelerated progress.

• An in-depth Discovery & Self-Inquiry Process to help you clarify your values, develop a deep understanding of your unique skill set, identify your Zone of Genius & define your WHY 

• Curated Action Steps between sessions that will help you gain continuous momentum and growth throughout our time together, as well as equip you with a personalized framework to make clear, confident career decisions

• Ideation and Proof of Concept Exercises to help you validate your vision, strategically design your path forward and ensure that where you’re headed is actually where you want to be going

• Strategic Planning + Roadmapping using Miro (a collaborative white boarding tool) - You will walk away with (1) a 12-month roadmap to action so that you can execute on your short-term milestones and launch (or reimagine) your business, AND (2) a moonshot vision that anticipates the impact you want to create in this lifetime

• Personal Branding. As one of the capstone components of this program, you will identify and define your authentic personal brand as a multi-passionate visionary, which allow you to clearly articulate your value and effectively market yourself. It will also help you amplify the parts of yourself that you want the world to know.

Bonus:

• Your Personal Miro board is yours to take with you, continue working in and keep in perpetuity. This is a tangible (and invaluable) takeaway where you map out your entire blueprint, i.e. where you’ll build out all of your exercises, findings and roadmap to action. I want you to walk away from this experience with a repository of content and tools that you can use to continuously refine and iterate our vision, thus creating a sustainable path forward for yourself.

I’ve been where you are…

Throughout my 13-year corporate career, I felt a persistent hum of agitation subtly camped out in the back of my mind. When I was in my early 20’s, I dismissed it as naïveté. In my late 20’s, I tried to convince myself I could find joy in a career that I instinctively knew didn’t align with my multi-passionate, visionary needs. In my early 30’s, I actively forced golden handcuffs on my wrists in order to avoid my truth.

That part of me simmered with anticipation for over a decade. It was the part of me that knew what I truly wanted (to build my own business), but was too scared to face. I did what was expected of me. I achieved conventional success. I was sought after and took every opportunity I could get my hands on. Objectively, I did some really cool sh*t. But inevitably, I kept coming up short - unfulfilled, underrepresented and underutilized.

Finally, after a string of major disappointments and energetic burnout, I reached a pivotal realization - I can be grateful for my current circumstance, yet own that I am meant for something MUCH bigger. Something epic.

And I knew I wasn’t going to be able to find that something, I’d have to build it myself. It was time to make shift happen.

So, I got to work. I got crystal clear on what drives me to action on a deep, human level. I tapped into my passions, skills, expertise & values, and I defined my big WHY. I created a framework for making clear career decisions that I felt excited about and convicted toward. I put practices in place and assembled a support system of mentors, coaches and my most trusted allies to make it inevitable that I commit to my newly crystallized vision to build a disruptive Coaching + Strategic Consulting business, as well as become a content creator, thought leader and innovator. I set out to scale the damn mountain.

I left my corporate career in 2021 and built a successful business that allows me to show up as my best self every single day. I feel more happy, energized, creative and in alignment than I ever have in my life. I have total freedom and autonomy, and I am THRIVING. I’ve created a level of fulfillment I nearly lost hope was possible. The cherry on top – I replaced my six-figure salary within one year of leaving corporate, doubled it the next, and tripled it the year after that. And damnit, I want that for you too.

Here’s the deal:

The universe will teach you the same lesson over and over again until you listen. When a voice within us begs for change, it will ping us relentlessly until we answer the call. In my case, I spent 13 years stuffing down my inner voice that kept screaming “THIS ISN’T RIGHT!!”. I had to incur multiple, devastating disappointments throughout my corporate career before I finally bet on myself.

• You're uninterested in conducting self-inquiry & analyses to cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness & alignment. This work requires an inward focus before we can create external transformation.

• You're simply looking to 'find' your next job. I am not the Coach who's going to tabulate a list of 'good-fit' careers and tactically help you conduct a job search. In this container, you're equipping yourself with the tools to design a career that flexes and evolves along with your personal growth and evolution, which ultimately results in long-term, sustainable success.

• You’re brand new in your career. In order to flourish in this specific program, you need an eclectic scope of experience so that you can effectively analyze key moments from your past & project into the future.

THE NUTS & BOLTS:

Purpose driven unfolds across three core phases. This is my proven framework that I have walked 150+ multi-passionates through. While there is a structured curriculum, we tailor each phase to meet you exactly where you’re at.

PHASE 1: DISCOVERY & SELF-INQUIRY

• Discovery: Self-awareness is the greatest catalyst for change, and that’s exactly where we’ll begin.You’ll analyze the intricacies of who you are, what you value, how you show up in the world and why you’re driven to create impact. You’ll also examine your past experience to identify exactly what you want to take with you and build upon moving forward. Lastly, you’ll uncover your unique genius and deeper sense of purpose – which, together, form the critical foundation for designing your aligned path forward.

• Self-Inquiry: You will get radically honest about where you feel underwhelmed, uninspired & underrepresented in your career and you’ll use that understanding to create a vision for what it is you truly want. You’ll also explore your perceived barriers to success, which we’ll mitigate throughout our time together; the wrong mindset can cause you to quit before you even begin, and we’re not going to let that happen.
  

PHASE 2: DEFINE & PROOF OF CONCEPT

• Define: Identify & align with your unique genius and get crystal clear on your overarching WHY - this will help you clarify exactly what you’d rather be doing and how to design a path forward that represents your multi-passionate needs.

• Proof of Concept: We’ll identify the real, in-demand need you’re uniquely qualified to solve for. Then, as we brainstorm and refine your vision, you’ll embark on action-oriented exploration and market validation to verify that the path you’re shaping is truly aligned.

PHASE 3: STRATEGY & EXECUTION

• Strategy: Once your vision is solidified, we will develop your customized blueprint for bringing it to life. We’ll shape the scope of your business and core offerings, define the A to B solution you provide, identify your unique value proposition, get clear on your ideal customer and develop your strategy. (Note: Based on your specific needs and vision, this phase may include marketing + social media strategy, content creation and/or curriculum development (for professional services).

• Personal Branding: Alongside your strategy, we’ll hone your personal brand. This is a culmination of all the work we’ll have done up to this point. You’ll get crystal clear on the parts of yourself you want to amplify, exactly how you want to show up as the face of your business and how you want to articulate your value. This will help you establish YOUR place in the market and attract your ideal audience.

• Execution: Before our time is up, you’ll begin building the foundations of your business. To ensure focused action beyond this program, we will clarify your 12-month goals/milestones and build a project plan that allows for an iterative approach (so that you can check & adjust based on your learnings). You’ll know exactly what you need to do in order to mobilize and launch your business. (And of course, if we decide to continue working together beyond this container, we will focus our efforts on launching your business and driving revenue.)

Additionally, as an undercurrent to the program phases, we will clear the mental clutter that keeps you stuck and we’ll dive deep into the underlying fears & limiting beliefs that are prompting you to play small. This mindset work builds resilience so that you can pursue your goals with unwavering persistence

These phases will be customized to your specific needs and goals, which we’ll discuss during our introductory Discovery Session, then we’ll formalize your program goals once you enroll.

I am not here to deliver surface-level tips and tricks, I’m here to go deep and actualize your potential. Note:  Prior to our Discovery Session, I will send you a full program overview so you know exactly what you’ll get from our work together. During your Discovery Session, we will discuss program details specific to your needs, program fees, scheduling and payment. I will also provide space for you to ask me clarifying questions during our session. We must both feel aligned – I do not offer space in my program to individuals who aren’t the right fit.
