What is idea to execution?

Idea to Execution is a 60-day, 1-on-1 virtual coaching program that empowers multi-passionate visionaries (like you) to GO BIG. We’re here to crystallize your ideal vision, develop your strategy and prepare you to launch your business.

This is not another generic business coaching program, filled with surface-level tips and tricks. Idea to Execution is geared toward sustainability, so we’ll shape your business around your greatest skills + deeper sense of purpose, challenge your limiting beliefs and equip you with the right tools + plan to successfully launch your business.

Also, it’s important to note, I will never put my clients in a position where (1) you chase passions that aren’t profitable, or (2) you have to start from scratch. No. We’re here to strategically identify your sweet spot at the intersection of potential, purpose and profit – we’ll repurpose your existing experience and validate your idea in the market so we make sure we’re plugging into a real, in-demand need.

in this program, you will:

• Finally get clear on your big WHY so that you can lead with purpose and deep-seated motivation every single day

• Validate WHAT you actually want to be doing in your business and design an aligned path forward that represents ALL of who you are as a multi-passionate

THE NUTS & BOLTS:

Idea to Execution unfolds across three core phases. This curriculum is based on my proven framework that I’ve walked over 150 multi-passionates clients through. While there is a structured curriculum, we tailor each phase to meet you exactly where you’re at. In addition to the Three Phase System noted below, we’ll also navigate any mindset work as-needed throughout our time together. This includes mitigating any fears, limiting beliefs or barriers to your success. When building something remarkable, the right mindset is the most important thing you can have. It is my top priority that you’re prepared strategically AND mentally/emotionally.

Depending on your progress and positioning, the phases will overlap with one another and are as-follows:

PHASE 1: LAY THE FOUNDATION

This introductory phase focuses on the following three core objectives:

• Identify your Zone of Genius. This will help us clearly pinpoint the problem you’re uniquely qualified to solve for, as well as your value proposition/differentiators. It will also spotlight how we can leverage your greatest skills in your business, so you can deliver maximum value without burning yourself out.

• Define your big WHY. This will help us refine your mission and gives you a North Star to build the RIGHT vision that you’re excited to bring to life.

• Confirm your business idea. We’ll take your original idea and refine it as needed based on findings from your Zone of Genius + WHY exploration.

This process will help you gain clarity on how to strategically build your business so that you can create the success, freedom & fulfillment you crave, and it will lay a strong foundation for our work together. To get us there, our first of 6 sessions will be a 90-minute strategic deep-dive where we’ll workshop together in real-time so that you can organize your thoughts and identify key pieces of your solution/vision that you currently can’t see. Your program pre-work, that you’ll complete before our first session, will help prepare you for this.

PHASE 2: ASSEMBLE THE VISION

The second phase is where we develop your business plan, validate it in the market and build out your service offerings. We’ll hone your vision through a series of proof of concept activities, which are exploratory and experimental action steps that help you test & validate your solution to make sure it’s right. This includes market research and ideal client/customer exploration, which allows you to make decisions and design your business with increased accuracy.

Then, we’ll build out your core service offering. The key is to develop a solution that accomplishes the following: (1) it delivers a tangible outcome your customer wants, (2) it provides a clear roadmap to get your customer from A to B, and (3) you’re excited to execute on it (YOU have to be bought in to the service your delivering in order for it to be sustainable).

PHASE 3: PREPARE FOR ACTION

The third phase of this program is the culmination of several weeks of strategic building, iterating & decision-making. Here, we will finalize your business strategy and map the action plan to get you there. You’ll have developed a business plan, defined your ideal client/customer and crafted a plan to launch. Emerging from this final phase, you will also have developed your authentic personal brand, which positions you to develop marketing and content strategies that will help drive revenue. This is a CRITICAL step in getting from 0 to 1, because it’s not enough to just have a great business plan + service to sell, you have to know how to sell it.

These phases will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, which we’ll discuss during our introductory Discovery Session, then we’ll formalize your program goals once you enroll.

Here’s what to expect…

• Three virtual 1-on-1 coaching calls per month (6 sessions total, one initial 90-min. session and five 60-min. sessions) with me via Zoom, where you will transform your current barriers into deep alignment and purpose-driven action.

• Unlimited Text and Voice Message Support between sessions (via Voxer). This is where we will collaborate asynchronously and create continuous momentum & action throughout our time together. Our time spent partnering in Voxer will be just as valuable toward your goals as our time spent in-session.

• An in-depth Discovery Process to help you clarify your values, develop a deep understanding of your unique skill set (and how to leverage it) and begin developing your business vision. The bulk of this Discovery will take place through your program pre-work.

• Ideation and Proof of Concept Exercises between sessions to help you validate your vision, strategically design your path forward and ensure that where you’re headed is actually where you want to be going.

• Real-Time Ideation & Workshopping in Miro (a collaborative white boarding tool) during our sessions to help you organize your ideas and craft a strategy that’s bigger, more aligned and more powerful than you ever imagined.

• Personal Branding. As one of the capstone components of this program, you will identify and define your authentic personal brand as a multi-passionate visionary, which allows you to clearly articulate your value and effectively market yourself. It will also help you amplify the parts of yourself that you want the world to know.

Bonus:

• Your Personal Miro board is yours to take with you, continue working in and keep in perpetuity. This is a tangible (and invaluable) takeaway where you map out your entire blueprint, i.e. where you’ll build out all of your exercises, findings and roadmap to action. I want you to walk away from this experience with a repository of content and tools that you can use to continuously refine and iterate our vision, thus creating a sustainable path forward for yourself.

I’ve been where you are…

Throughout my 13-year corporate career, I felt a persistent hum of agitation subtly camped out in the back of my mind. When I was in my early 20’s, I dismissed it as naïveté. In my late 20’s, I tried to convince myself I could find joy in a career that I instinctively knew didn’t align with my multi-passionate, visionary needs. In my early 30’s, I actively forced golden handcuffs on my wrists in order to avoid my truth.

That part of me simmered with anticipation for over a decade. It was the part of me that knew what I truly wanted (to build my own business), but was too scared to face. I did what was expected of me. I achieved conventional success. I was sought after and took every opportunity I could get my hands on. Objectively, I did some really cool sh*t. But inevitably, I kept coming up short - unfulfilled, underrepresented and underutilized.

Finally, after a string of major disappointments and energetic burnout, I reached a pivotal realization - I can be grateful for my current circumstance, yet own that I am meant for something MUCH bigger. Something epic.

And I knew I wasn’t going to be able to find that something, I’d have to build it myself. It was time to make shift happen.

So, I got to work. I got crystal clear on what drives me to action on a deep, human level. I tapped into my passions, skills, expertise & values, and I defined my big WHY. I created a framework for making clear career decisions that I felt excited about and convicted toward. I put practices in place and assembled a support system of mentors, coaches and my most trusted allies to make it inevitable that I commit to my newly crystallized vision to build a disruptive Coaching + Strategic Consulting business, as well as become a content creator, thought leader and innovator. I set out to scale the damn mountain.

I left my corporate career in 2021 and built a successful business that allows me to show up as my best self every single day. I feel more happy, energized, creative and in alignment than I ever have in my life. I have total freedom and autonomy, and I am THRIVING. I’ve created a level of fulfillment I nearly lost hope was possible. The cherry on top – I replaced my six-figure salary within one year of leaving corporate, doubled it the next, and tripled it the year after that. And damnit, I want that for you too.

Note:  Prior to our Discovery Session, I will send you a full program overview so you know exactly what you’ll get from our work together. During your Discovery Session, we will discuss program details specific to your needs, program fees, scheduling and payment. I will also provide space for you to ask me clarifying questions during our session. We must both feel aligned – I do not offer space in my program to individuals who aren’t the right fit.
